1. 무관용 원칙
Mapic은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 아동·청소년을 성적으로 학대하거나 착취하는 콘텐츠와 행위는 어떤 형태로도 허용되지 않습니다.
이 표준은 Mapic 서비스의 모든 이용자와 서비스에 게시되는 모든 콘텐츠에 적용됩니다.
2. 금지되는 콘텐츠와 행위
다음 콘텐츠와 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다.
- 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)의 게시·공유·요청·제작·소지
- 미성년자를 성적으로 대상화하거나 성적 맥락에서 묘사하는 모든 콘텐츠
- 그루밍: 성적 목적으로 미성년자에게 접근하여 신뢰를 쌓거나 유인하는 행위
- 성착취 협박(섹스토션): 성적 이미지 등을 빌미로 미성년자를 협박·강요하는 행위
- 미성년자 인신매매를 조장하거나 이에 관련된 콘텐츠
- 그 밖에 아동·청소년을 성적 학대·착취의 위험에 놓이게 하는 일체의 행위
3. 신고 방법
앱에서 바로 신고할 수 있습니다. 게시물 화면(사진 뷰어)의 ⋯ 메뉴에서 “게시물 신고”를, 사용자 프로필의 ⋯ 메뉴에서 “사용자 신고”를 선택해주세요. 접수된 신고는 24시간 내 검토 후 조치합니다.
이메일로도 신고할 수 있습니다: help@mapic.cloud. 신고 대상 게시물이나 계정을 알 수 있는 정보(링크, 사용자명, 화면 캡처 등)를 함께 보내주시면 신속한 처리에 도움이 됩니다.
아동이 당장 위험에 처해 있다면 먼저 경찰(112)에 신고해주세요.
4. 위반 시 조치
이 표준을 위반한 사실이 확인되면 다음 조치를 취합니다.
- 해당 콘텐츠의 즉시 삭제
- 해당 계정의 영구 이용 정지
- 관련 법령에 따른 수사기관 신고 및 수사 협조
5. 법령 준수
Mapic은 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 등 아동 안전 관련 법령과 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책을 준수합니다.
CSAM을 인지하는 즉시 삭제하고 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 등 관계 기관에 신고합니다.

아동 안전 관련 문의와 신고는 help@mapic.cloud 로 연락해주세요. 접수된 신고는 우선순위로 검토하며, 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 취합니다.
Child Safety Standards (English)
Mapic enforces a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Content or behavior that sexually abuses or exploits minors is prohibited in any form. These standards apply to all users and all content on the Mapic service.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Posting, sharing, soliciting, producing, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any content that sexualizes or depicts minors in a sexual context
- Grooming: approaching or building trust with a minor for sexual purposes
- Sextortion: threatening or coercing a minor using sexual images or related material
- Content that promotes or is related to the trafficking of minors
- Any other conduct that puts children at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation
Reporting and enforcement
You can report directly in the app: open the ⋯ menu on a post (photo viewer) to report the post, or the ⋯ menu on a user profile to report the user. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. You can also report by email to help@mapic.cloud with details such as a link, username, or screenshot. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.
When a violation is confirmed, we immediately remove the content, permanently suspend the account, and report to and cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable law.
Mapic complies with applicable child safety laws, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses of the Republic of Korea, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. Upon obtaining knowledge of CSAM, we remove it immediately and report it to the relevant authorities.
